In the case of a vacancy for any reason (including by reason of death, resignation, retirement or removal pursuant to the preceding sentence), the vacancy shall be filled with a replacement Designee selected by AMMS or AVTF and Buyer shall take such actions as shall be necessary to cause such replacement Designee to be appointed to Buyer’s board of directors.
OSSTF means the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation.
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
SBI means State Bank of India (Client) having its Corporate Centre at Madame Cama Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and its representative Local Head Offices/Administrative Offices/Regional Business Offices/Branches at various places across India and includes the client’s representatives, successors and assigns.
OTF means an organised trading facility which is a multilateral system which is not a regulated market or an MTF and in which multiple third-party buying and selling interests in bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances or derivatives are able to interact in the system in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of MiFID II;
