Avis Work definition
Avis Work means the work required to be completed by landlord under the Agreement of Lease dated as of October 31, 2006 by and between Seller, as landlord, and Avis Budget Car Rental Group, Inc., as tenant (the “Avis Lease”), which work is described on Exhibit B attached to the Avis Lease and which work is expected to cost a total of $20,897 based on an estimate prepared by JPC Consulting dated May 31, 2007 (the “Avis Bid”), a copy of which has been delivered to Purchaser.
Examples of Avis Work in a sentence
At Closing, Purchaser shall receive a credit equal to the portion of the Avis Work that has not been completed at Closing, as set forth in the estoppel certificate delivered by the Tenant under the Avis Lease or as otherwise evidenced to Purchaser’s reasonable satisfaction, and the amount of the credit for the incomplete Avis Work shall be calculated based on the line-item allocations for the Avis Work as set forth in the Avis Bid.
