Avigation means the airborne operation and navigation of aircraft.

  • If this Agreement is terminated at any time thereafter, then the Grant of Avigation Easement shall continue in full force and effect, notwithstanding termination of this Agreement.

  • Both the Authority and Homeowner acknowledge that the work performed under the Program is to be undertaken in consideration of the Avigation Easement.

  • If this Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to the Contractor measurement walk-through of the Premises, the Authority shall take all actions (including execution of a quitclaim deed to Homeowner) necessary to terminate the recorded Grant of Avigation Easement.
