AVID Property definition

AVID Property means any intellectual property or other property or process (i) owned or possessed by AVID as of the date hereof or (ii) later made, acquired or developed by AVID during the term of this Agreement, in each case that does not relate to making, using or selling the Product, including but not limited to AVID’s Confidential Information. 1
AVID Property means any tangible or intangible property owned or possessed by AVID as of the date hereof or later made, acquired or developed by AVID during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to its Confidential Information.

Examples of AVID Property in a sentence

  • All AVID Property shall be the sole and exclusive property of AVID.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be implied as granting to Inhibitex any implied right or license with respect to any AVID Property, Project Data, AVID Invention or other Confidential Information of AVID disclosed to Inhibitex by AVID or conceived or developed in executing the Project, other than as specifically provided herein.

  • Site Agreement Means the Site Agreement for the occupation of the Qualifying Site between AVID Property Group Nominees Pty Ltd ACN 088 212 631 (as the Park Owner) and the Participant (as Resident).

Related to AVID Property

  • Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements and servitudes, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Credit Party as lessee under any lease of real property, other than any such leasehold interest designated from time to time by Collateral Agent in its sole discretion as not being required to be included in the Collateral.
