Aviation Product definition

Aviation Product means "Aviation Product" as defined in Schedule 3.24.
Aviation Product as defined in Schedule 3.24.
Aviation Product means an aircraft, aircraft engine and propeller.

  • The Supplier shall maintain with reputable insurers (i) All Risks Spares insurance on Parts whilst the Parts are under the care, custody and control of Supplier or Supplier’s agents or subcontractors (including Supplier’s freight forwarders); and (ii) Aviation Product Liability Insurance appropriate to its operations and in accordance with best aviation industry practice and shall provide evidence of the insurance under paragraphs (i) and (ii) if requested by AJW.

  • However, this Clause 15 shall not apply in the case of an Aviation Product Occurrence or Grounding where DEFCON 684 has been agreed as part of the Tasking Order.

  • None of such products, nor any other Product, is a Retained Aviation Product.

  • Supplier shall also maintain during the Term of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years thereafter, an Aviation Product Liability policy with a limit of not less than ++ per occurrence and in the aggregate.

More Definitions of Aviation Product

Aviation Product means a completed UAS, and any article forming part thereof, or supplied for installation in, or for use in connection with, or for spare parts for an UAS including ground handling tools and equipment used in connection therewith. Aviation Product also means training aids, instructions, manuals, blueprints, engineering or other data or any article in respect of which engineering or other advice and services and labour have been given or supplied by the Insured in connection with a UAS.
