AVERAGE UNIT VALUE means, on any given day, with respect to each OP Unit, the average of the closing price per share of the Common Stock on the NYSE for each of the ten (10) immediately preceding days on which the Common Stock is traded.

  • As used herein, "AVERAGE UNIT VALUE" shall mean, on any given day, with respect to each OP Unit, the average of the closing price per share of the Common Stock on the NYSE for each of the ten (10) immediately preceding days on which the Common Stock is traded.
