Average trip length definition
Average trip length means the average length of a vehicle trip as determined by the limits of the City, the distance between principal trip generators and as modeled by the City’s, the County’s, the State’s or MPO’s computer program. In the event that the models are inconsistent, the most advantageous to the City shall be used.
