Average Stock Value. “Business Records”, “Business Stocks” and “VDD Report” have the respective meanings given to #PageNum# those terms in the Business Purchase Agreement.
Average Stock Value means, for any day, the average of the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock for the ten trading days immediately preceding the day as of which the determination is made.
