  • As such, Adobe and OEM have agreed to use a specified weighted averaging of the suggested retail prices (hereinafter "Average SRP") for each of the Designated Output Devices listed in Section B(2)(i) ("Description of Computer System") above, and as further described in Schedule 2 ("Weighted Average SRP of Licensed Systems") herein.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;
