As such, Adobe and OEM have agreed to use a specified weighted averaging of the suggested retail prices (hereinafter "Average SRP") for each of the Designated Output Devices listed in Section B(2)(i) ("Description of Computer System") above, and as further described in Schedule 2 ("Weighted Average SRP of Licensed Systems") herein.
