Average Revenue Realisation definition
Average Revenue Realisation means the total revenue collected per unit of energy supplied by DISCOM at Input Points of the franchised area on annualized basis. The same shall be computed as: Average Revenue Realisation in Rupees= Total Revenue Collected in Rupees / Total Energy Input in kWh. Shall mean the Financial Year 2011 - 12 i.e. 1st April 2011 – 31st March 2012.
Average Revenue Realisation means the total revenue collected per unit of energy supplied by DISCOM at Input Points of the franchised area on annualized basis. The same shall be computed as: Average Revenue Realisation in Rupees= Total Revenue Collected in Rupees / Total Energy Input in kWh. Shall mean the Financial Year 2011 - 12 i.e. 1st April 2011 – 31st March 2012. shall mean either a single Company or a Consortium of Companies /body corporate/institutions/organisations submitting a Bid in response to the RFP for the Project. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company, Bidding Consortium/Consortium, Member in a Bidding Consortium and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require; Shall mean the single corporate entity /body corporate/institutions/organisations bidding for the Project. shall refer to a group of Companies that has collectively made a Bid in response to RFP for the Project having made the consortium agreement; Shall mean the Bulk supply purchase rate plus transmission charges plus wheeling charges etc. Shall mean the rate at which DISCOM buys energy from GRIDCO as approved by OERC. Shall mean the ratio of revenue actually realized from consumers (including the subsidy amount, if any) and energy amount billed to Consumers (including the subsidy amount, if any), in percentage terms for a particular period and shall be calculated as below: Collection Efficiency = (Total Revenue collected from Consumers in rupees /Energy Billed to Consumers in rupees)*100 Means any written or electronic correspondence by a Consumer expressing dissatisfaction with the products services, or customer service of the Distribution Franchisee. Consortium Member or Member shall mean each Company in the Bidding Consortium; Shall mean as defined under the Electricity Act, 2003. Shall mean period of Twelve (12) year beginning from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
