Average Monthly Recurring Charges definition
Average Monthly Recurring Charges means the average of the monthly fees for Internet access services charged by Netifice, which includes only the base monthly fee for metered services, and which excludes all local loop and other telco and third-party charges, for the three (3) months (or such shorter period during which Dedicated Access Customer has been receiving service) immediately preceding the month in which the event giving rise to the claim for Service Credit occurs.
Average Monthly Recurring Charges means the average of the monthly fees for Internet access services charged by Convergent Network Services, which includes only the base monthly fee for metered bandwidth services, or in the case of equipment rental, only the base monthly fee for the rented equipment rendered inaccessible.
Average Monthly Recurring Charges means the average of the monthly fees for Internet access services charged by Metanet, which includes only the base monthly fee for metered services, and which excludes all local loop and other Telco and third-party charges, for the three (3) months (or such shorter period during which Dedicated Access Customer has been receiving service) immediately preceding the month in which the event giving rise to the claim for Service Credit occurs.
