average monthly invoice definition
average monthly invoice means the average monthly invoice raised by the Company in respect of provision of the Service (Charges) and all other related fees, costs and charges (excluding VAT) or where no invoices have been raised the Company’s reasonable estimate as to the likely level of such invoice.
