Average Monthly Backlog definition
Average Monthly Backlog means the average of the monthly Backlog amounts determined at the end of each month included in the applicable fiscal year multiplied by twelve (12) (except for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, in which case, only the average of the monthly Backlog amounts determined at the end of each month for the months of January through September shall be used for the purposes of this calculation).
