Average Initial Price definition

Average Initial Price is equal to the average closing daily price of common stock during the first 20 trading days in January of the first year of the TSR Performance Period.
Average Initial Price is equal to the average closing price of a share of such company’s stock during the 20 trading day period ending immediately prior to the first day of the Performance Period.
Average Initial Price means the average of the closing price per share of Buyer Common Stock on NASDAQ for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the date of this Agreement.
