Examples of Average IAV in a sentence

  • The Bonus Payment shall be equal to the sum of (x) three and three tenths percent (3.3%) of the portion of the IAV that is less than $758 million, plus (y) ten percent (10%) of the remaining portion of the Average IAV (i.e., that portion of the Average IAV that exceeds $758 million).
