Average Field Force definition

Average Field Force means, for any month or calendar quarter, the simple average number of Field Personnel each day of such month or calendar quarter, as applicable, which shall be the quotient determined by dividing (i) the sum of the number of Field Personnel on each day of such month or calendar quarter by (ii) the number of days in such month or calendar quarter, as applicable.
