Average Daily Excess Availability Percentage definition

Average Daily Excess Availability Percentage for any Fiscal Quarter, the percentage derived by dividing (x) the average daily Excess Availability for such Fiscal Quarter by (y) the average daily amount of the aggregate Commitments during such Fiscal Quarter.
Average Daily Excess Availability Percentage means the average of the Excess Availability Percentages for each day of the immediately preceding Quarterly Accounting Period.
Average Daily Excess Availability Percentage means, for any period, the percentage derived by dividing (a) the average daily Excess Availability during such period by (b) the average daily Maximum Borrowing Amount during such period.
