Average Daily Borrowing Availability definition

Average Daily Borrowing Availability means, for any period, the average of the respective Borrowing Availability amounts as at the end of each day during such period.
Average Daily Borrowing Availability means the average daily Borrowing Availability during the most recently completed fiscal quarter.
