Average Backlog definition
Average Backlog for any Backlog Measurement Period shall be (a) the sum of the Backlog for each of the five business days during the Backlog Measurement Period, divided by (b) five (5).
Examples of Average Backlog in a sentence
The Company shall have (A) for the month of September, 2001 and October, 2001, Revenue of no less than $36,000,000 for each such month and (B) Average Backlog for each Backlog Measurement Period of no less than 28,000,000 square inches.
