Average Available RCF Drawings definition
Average Available RCF Drawings means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the aver- age weekly balance of amounts available for drawing under the revolving credit facility of the Schaeffler Group Senior Facilities Agreement for the period starting on the 45th day preceding such Interest Pay- ment Date and ending on the 15th day preceding such Interest Payment Date. The Average Available RCF Drawings shall be calculated by the chief financial officer of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, such calculation shall not be a duty of the Trustee or any Paying Agent.
