Average Annual Return on Invested Capital” shall be calculated by dividing (i) the average of the Company’s Net Operating Profit After Taxes (as defined below) for each of the three fiscal years during the Performance Period, by (ii) the average of the Company’s Invested Capital (as defined below) as of the last day of the fiscal quarter immediately preceding the Performance Period and the last day of each fiscal quarter during the Performance Period.
Average Annual Return means: ((i) the NAV of the assets of the Company allocable to the capital contributions of the US L.P. to the Company at the end of the Accrual Period, plus the cumulative cash distributions paid by the Company to the US L.P. during the Accrual Period, less the estimated US taxes associated with such distributions determined by applying the Agreed Applicable Tax Rate, plus the portion of any XXXXXX Asset Management Fees and the portion of any Asset Management Fees paid to the Advisor during the Accrual Period and allocable to the US L.P., such allocation based on average common stock ownership during the Accrual Period, minus the issue price of the limited partnership interests of the U.S. LP, divided by (ii) the issue price of the limited partnership interests of the US L.P.), divided by (the number of days in the Accrual Period), multiplied by (365).
Average Annual Return as defined herein, in pension benefits payable to each Member, commencing January 1, 2003, retroactive to July 1, 2002, who has attained age 62 and has received or has been credited with at least twelve monthly pension payments prior to July 1, 2002.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Semi-Annual Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.
