Average Annual Rent definition

Average Annual Rent means the rent divided by the number of years in the term certain of the relevant lease or agreement to lease.
Average Annual Rent means the total annual rent for the calendar year
Average Annual Rent means the total annual rent for the calendar year charged by a housing project for all affordable rental units in the project of an equal number of bedrooms divided by the total number of affordable units in the project with that number of bedrooms.
