Average Annual Flow definition

Average Annual Flow means the average flow of the previous 12 individual months calculated monthly (12-month rolling average) and shall be used to define the flow capacity owned and used by a Member Town in the Partnership’s treatment facility.
Average Annual Flow or “AAF” is the daily flows of Wastewater averaged over a 365 day period (e.g., total flow for the entire year in millions of gallons divided by 365).

Examples of Average Annual Flow in a sentence

  • Allocable O&M Costs attributable to the pipeline system will be determined by calculating that portion of flow of the District’s Collector Sewer System between the Point of Delivery and the Facility compared to the City’s portion of the Average Annual Flow through that portion using agreed-to flow meters for determination of respective flows.

  • Proportional to share of use of capital assets as measured by Average Annual Flow.

  • A later reduction of Average Annual Flow to less than five percent will not affect that entity’s membership status.

  • However, if a city other than an Original Member assumes service to a portion of a Member water-sewer district that is served by the Regional Assets, and the portion assumed represents (cumulatively) more than five percent of that water-sewer district’s then-current service as measured by Average Annual Flow, the assuming city automatically may become a Member upon its application to do so.
