AVCREC Format definition
AVCREC Format means the specifications identified in sub-sections (s) through (u) of the definition of BD Standard(s) set out below.

Information Statement means the information statement to be made available to the holders of Parent Shares in connection with the Distribution, as such information statement may be amended or supplemented from time to time prior to the Distribution.
Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.
Track 2 Information means the information held on the Card, typically on the computer chip or the magnetic stripe.
Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
