Available water capacity definition
Available water capacity means the capacity of soils to hold water available for use by most plants.
Available water capacity means the amount of water which is readily held by the soil and available for plant uptake. Available water holding capacity shall be calculated using the fol- lowing table or other method acceptable to the department:
