Available Targets definition

Available Targets means, collectively, the Available B-Cell/Treg Targets, the Available Macrophage Targets, ICOS, PD-1 and, subject to Sections 2.1.1(b)(iii) and 2.2.2(b), any other Targets added to the Pre-LO Target Pool or LO Target Pool. The Parties understand and agree that, when a Pre-LO Target progresses to the LO Target Pool and becomes a Collaboration Target, such Target shall remain an “Available Target”. For clarity, Available Targets do not include any Excluded Celgene Target or any Excluded Jounce Target.

Available Targets means: (a) with respect to a request by Ionis, any Target that as of the date the Gatekeeper (or BicycleTx, as applicable) receives a Target Nomination Notice from Ionis for such Target, or Ionis initiates a request with the Gatekeeper pursuant to Sections 4.8.2 or 4.8.4, as applicable, is not (i) a BicycleTx Excluded Target, (ii) [***], (A) a Target that was placed on the Gatekeeper List during the BicycleTx Initial Target Designation Period pursuant to Section 4.8.3, or (B) a Target placed on the Gatekeeper List by BicycleTx pursuant to Section 4.8.6; and (b) with respect to a request by BicycleTx under Section 4.8.3 or Section 4.9 following the termination of Oligo Exclusivity, any Target that as of the date BicycleTx makes a BicycleTx Target Request, is not a Collaboration Target, including, for clarity, any Target placed on the Gatekeeper List by Ionis pursuant to Section 4.8.4 (subject to the limitations set forth therein).

Examples of Available Targets in a sentence

  • ArQule will decline to accept any ACADIA Targets that are not Available Targets for ArQule.

  • Upon submission by either Party of an Available Target, the Parties agree to perform a feasibility assessment regarding the Available Target(s) to assess the merits of adding such Target to the Discovery Plan.

  • GSK may, but shall not be required to, identify potential Available Targets for selection by GSK for inclusion in the Collaboration.


More Definitions of Available Targets

Available Targets means TARGETS, including the TARGETS identified in Schedule I, which fall into one of the categories set forth in Section 2.2.1 as determined by the STEERING COMMITTEE. Notwithstanding anything contained in here to the contrary, a TARGET shall cease to be an AVAILABLE TARGET at such time as it becomes an EXCLUDED TARGET.
