Examples of Available Premises in a sentence
If Tenant fails to notify Landlord of Tenant’s election within said five (5) business day period, then Tenant shall be deemed to have elected not to lease the Available Premises.
To the extent that Landlord renews or extends a then-existing lease with any then-existing tenant of any space, or enters into a new lease with such then-existing tenant for the same premises, the affected space shall not be deemed to be Available Premises.

In addition, space that has not been rented since the completion of the Building shall be Available Premises.
Space shall not be deemed to be Available Premises if an existing tenant renews or extends its term pursuant to the terms of a written lease.
Space shall not be deemed to be Available Premises if an existing tenant of such space renews or extends its term with respect to such space whether pursuant to the terms of an extension right or otherwise.
A Right of First Offer shall be in writing and shall specify the rental price and terms and conditions on which Landlord will lease the Available Premises to Tenant.
Office space which is being actively marketed by Landlord as of the Commencement Date shall not be deemed Available Premises until Landlord ceases to actively market such space or until any lease entered into by Landlord on such space shall expire.
