Available Number means, from time to time, the aggregate number of Class P Units permitted to be issued under the Omnibus Plan (for the avoidance of doubt, it being agreed and understood that a Class P Unit (together with the corresponding Class P Unit of Blue Owl Carry) shall be counted against the number of Shares (as defined in the Omnibus Plan) on a 1.25 to one basis (i.e. if the total number of Shares that may be issued or delivered was 125, then 100 Class P Units could be issued or delivered).
