Available Limit definition

Available Limit means the amount notified by OMMS as being available in the Linked Account for drawing using any Visa Card issued in connection with the LinkedAccount from time to time.
Available Limit means the value that results from deducting the current value of the Spending Balance from the Limit. Business Day means Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CET, excluding bank, national and public holidays in Malta. Card means each physical or virtual credit card, as set out in the Schedule, issued to You by Us pursuant to licence by the Card Scheme, linked to a Credit Card Processing Account, and permitted to be used in the Denominated Currency. References to a Card include all Card details, Security Details and PINs. Virtual credit cards shall not be accompanied by PINs. Card Scheme has the meaning defined in the Schedule. Card Services means any services provided by Us, Program Manager or any third-party service providers in connection with a Card.
Available Limit means the loan amount available for drawdown at any point of time by the Borrower from his overdraft facility.

Examples of Available Limit in a sentence

  • The Client’s money on the Account that exceeds the Debt shall remain on the Account and increase the Available Limit.

  • The Available Limit shall decrease by the amount of the Authorization confirmed by the Bank.

  • If a Transaction was conducted without an Authorization, the Available Limit Amount shall decrease on the day of billing the appropriate amount.

  • The Client’s money on the Account and the one exceeding the Debt shall remain on the Account and increase the Available Limit.

  • If a Transaction was conducted without an Authorization, the Available Limit Amount shall decrease at the date of billing the appropriate amount.

  • We have the right to claim a contractual penalty in accord- ance with the Price List for any breach of the Service Con- tract other than a delay in payment, including if: (1) you have submitted false information and/or documents when applying for the Credit Limit; (2) the sum of Operations performed by you or the Cardholder and the related fees exceed the Available Limit; (3) you have not informed us of the circumstances set out in clause 13.2.

  • In this case, your Available Limit will increase and your interest expense will decrease.


More Definitions of Available Limit

Available Limit means the available limit of indebtedness, which the Borrower shall have the right to utilize.
Available Limit means, (i) in relation to a Tranche Facility, the limit amount under such Tranche Facility or the limit amount remaining after repayment, cancellation or revocation in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) in relation to this Credit Facility, the Total Credit Limit or the total limit amount under this Credit Facility remaining after repayment, cancellation or revocation in accordance with this Agreement.
Available Limit means the available balance placed by the Cardholder in the Card Account for the purpose of Cash withdrawal or Purchases Transactions using the Card within such a limit.
Available Limit means the available amount of Credit limit which Cardholder is allowed to spend.

Available Limit means the amount Available to Spend on Big Things or Available to Spend on Little Things, as applicable. Available to Spend on Big Things means the Big Things Limit less sum of the Big Things Balance Owing and any amount for a Big Things purchase that has not yet happened but which we have preapproved. This is the amount you have "available to spend" on Big Things as specified in the humm Portal. Available to Spend on Little Things means the Little Things Limit less the Little Things Balance Owing. This is the amount you have "available to spend" on Little Things as specified in the humm Portal. Balance Owing means, at any time, the difference between all amounts credited and all amounts debited to your RCA at that time. When this amount is to be calculated at the end of a day, it includes all debits and credits assigned to that day. Big Thing means any Goods, Installation or Services identified in a Credit Schedule that we indicate is a "Big Thing" in relation to a purchase. Big Things Balance Owing means such part of the Balance Owing as relates to purchases of Big Things or as otherwise specified in the humm Portal.

Related to Available Limit

  • Available Liquidity means on any date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of (x) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments of each Lender that is not a Defaulting Lender on such date over (y) the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure on such date plus (ii) the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash and Permitted Investments of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on such date.

  • Other Available Shares means, as of any date, the sum of:

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Plan Limit means the maximum aggregate number of Shares that may be issued for all purposes under the Plan as set forth in Section 5(a) of the Plan.

  • Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. Expressed as a concentration, it is the arithmetic average of all measurements taken that day.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, shares added to the Available Shares by the Share Limit are available for issuance as Incentive Stock Options only to the extent that making such shares available for issuance as Incentive Stock Options would not cause any Incentive Stock Option to cease to qualify as such. In the event that the Administrator shall not take action to affirmatively approve an increase in the Share Limit on or prior to the applicable Date of Determination, the Share Limit and Available Shares, shall remain at such level as they were prior to such applicable Date of Determination. For clarity, the Available Shares is a limitation on the number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued pursuant to the Plan.

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any Person for any period:

  • Sub-Limit means a cost sharing requirement under a health insurance policy in which an Insurer would not be liable to pay any amount in excess of the pre-defined limit.

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $50,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of this Agreement.

  • Net earnings available for fixed charges means net income after deducting operating and maintenance expenses, taxes other than federal and state income taxes, depreciation, and depletion, but excluding extraordinary expenses appearing in the regular financial statements of the system.
