Available Facilities means, at any relevant time, the undrawn amount of any committed loan or overdraft facilities (including the facilities provided under this Agreement) which are made available to one or more members of the Restricted Group at the date of such financial statements and which have a scheduled maturity date falling more than six (6) months after such date;

Available Facilities means the Tranche A Facility in the Tranche A Facility Amount, the Tranche B Facility in the Tranche B Facility Amount and the Tranche C Facility Amount in the Tranche C Facility Amount, less all amounts utilised by the Lessee under this Master Agreement by way of Acquisition Costs under the applicable Facility.

Available Facilities means, at any time, the aggregate of the Available Term A Facility and the Available Term B Facility at such time and "AVAILABLE TERM FACILITY" means the amount of any such available facility.

Examples of Available Facilities in a sentence

• Each Lender will participate through its Facility Office in each Advance made pursuant to Clause 3.2 (Further Conditions for Advances) in the proportion borne by its relevant Available Commitments to the relevant Available Facilities immediately prior to the making of that Advance.

• The currency specified in a Utilisation Request must be dollars and the aggregate amount of the proposed Utilisations on any day must be a minimum of $2,500,000 (or if less, the applicable Available Facilities).

• A Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than thirty (30) Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders or, with regards to any Facility B Commitment, the Facility B Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of USD 2,500,000 or integral multiples thereof) of the Available Facilities.

• The Company may, if it gives the Agent not less than 5 Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (but if in part, being a minimum amount of £1,000,000) of the Available Facilities provided that such cancellation is made pro rata as between Facility A and Facility B.

• The Borrower may, if it gives the Agent not less than ten Business Days’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Facility A Lenders, the Majority Facility B Lenders, or, as the case may be, the Majority Facility D Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of S$5,000,000) of the Available Facilities under the Term Loan Facilities or the Available Facility under Facility D.

Available Facilities means the aggregate of the Available Tranche A Facility, the Available Tranche B Facility and the Available Tranche C Facility.
