Available Accommodation definition
Available Accommodation a Bed Space that is available for allocation to a Person on Probation. "Available Bed Space" a Bed Space which is either: (a) actually available within the Accommodation for use by a Person on Probation; or (b) not available for use by a Person on Probation and either: (i) has not been available for less than twenty-four (24) hours following the start of the first Working Day following the Bed Space becoming unavailable; or (ii) which is subject to repair that has an approved written plan in accordance with Paragraph C20 of Schedule 1 (Specification) (c) not available for use by a Person on Probation for use by a Force Majeure Event.
Available Accommodation means, at any particular time, the amount, if any, by which the amount of the Credit Facility (as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof) at such time exceeds the aggregate amount of Accommodation outstanding at such time.

C2 The Supplier must provide Available Accommodation for approximately 227 Persons on Probation per month.
B6 Available Accommodation must ready for a Person on Probation to reside in on the date requested by the Referrer.
The Accommodation List shall include details of the Accommodation, broken down by property and set out as a minimum: • if the Accommodation is Available Accommodation, Occupied Accommodation or Allocated Accommodation; • If not immediately available, the date when it is expected to be.
