Availability Time definition

Availability Time means the time period throughout each day when a currency-pair is available for executing FX transactions, depending on the individual currencies’ characteristics. Availability times for the different currency pairs are available on the Company’s website.
Availability Time means twenty-four (24) hours a day during all days; “Defect” shall have the meaning set out in Section 2.9;

  • Availability Date means the day after the end of the fourth fiscal quarter following the fiscal quarter that includes such Effective Time on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-Q for such fiscal quarter except that, if such fourth fiscal quarter is the last quarter of the Company’s fiscal year, “Availability Date” means the day after the end of such fourth fiscal quarter on which the Company is required to file its Form 10-K.

  • Delayed Draw Availability Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to and including the earlier of (a) the date that is the first anniversary of the Closing Date and (b) the date of termination of all of the Delayed Draw Commitments.
