Availability Hours definition

Availability Hours means the number of Business Hours per calendar month that the Equipment is on-site, operating according to specifications, and fully available for use by Institutional Participant. “Business Hours” means the time between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time), excluding Institutional Participant’s holidays.
