Availability Commitment definition

Availability Commitment means, at any time, an amount equal to the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment less the Aggregate Credit Exposure.
Availability Commitment means the commitment for availability undertaken in a given CM for a given MTU.
Availability Commitment refers to EscapeNet’s commitment to meet the availability and restore targets (that only apply if you have an agreed service agreement). “Available hours” refers to the actual number of hours that the service is available to you during a calendar month.

Examples of Availability Commitment in a sentence

  • If the Availability of the Service Offering is less than the Availability Commitment, then you may request an SLA Credit.

  • If the Monthly Uptime Percentage does not meet the Service Availability Commitment in any calendar month, Customer will be eligible to receive the Service Credits described below.

  • The Service Credits are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure by Riverbed to meet the Service Availability Commitment set forth in this SLA.

  • In order to receive Service Credits, Customer must notify Riverbed within thirty (30) days of the last calendar day of the month in which the Monthly Uptime Percentage was less than the Service Availability Commitment.

  • Customer’s account shall not be credited more than once per month under this Service Availability Commitment and shall not exceed 50% of the Monthly Fee for that Service.
