Auxiliary Sewa e Meter means a meter used by commercial and industrial customers to measure water that reduces and/or increases the consumption on which to base sewer and effluent charges using a combination of measurements. Customers must receive approval to install meters through. an application and review process by the Metropolitan Sewer District.
