Auxiliary Payload(s) definition

Auxiliary Payload(s) means (a) micro (mass<120 kg) or mini (mass<300 kg) satellite(s) belonging to (a) Third Party(ies) Customer(s) of ARIANESPACE, that is compatible with the Launch Vehicle used for the Launching of the Satellite, the Launch Mission and the Satellite Mission, which will be integrated on the Launch Vehicle subject to CUSTOMER prior written approval, which may be given or withheld in CUSTOMER's sole discretion.
