Auxiliary Material definition

Auxiliary Material means any Material, other than Deed Material, which is made available by a party for the purpose of this Deed, on or following the date of this Deed, and includes:
Auxiliary Material means any material, other than a computer program or program description, created to facilitate understanding or application, for example, problem descriptions and instructions to users.
Auxiliary Material means any Material, other than Contract Material, which is made available by a Party for the purpose of this Agreement on or following the Effective Date and includes: Third Party Material; any modifications that may be required under clause 29; error corrections or translations to that Material; or derivatives of that Material where such derivative work cannot be used without infringing the Intellectual Property Rights in the underlying Material; Business Hours means from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on a Working Day at the place where the Services are to be provided, unless specified otherwise in the Agreement Details;

Examples of Auxiliary Material in a sentence

  • All such Auxiliary Material and Active Ingredient shall be collected by NITEC from the Manufacturing Site.

  • The licence granted to the ANU under clause 26.5(a) does not include the right to exploit the Auxiliary Material for commercial purposes.

  • This clause 26 does not affect the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in any Auxiliary Material.

  • The SRSS Provider must obtain all necessary Intellectual Property Rights and permissions before using or making available any Third Party Material or other Auxiliary Material for the purposes of this Contract.
