Automobile-oriented use definition

Automobile-oriented use means automobiles and/or other motor vehicles are an integral part of the use such as drive-in restaurants, quick access or auto repair businesses. (Ord. 6-2001 § 1)
Automobile-oriented use means a use or activity where automobiles and/or other motor vehicles are an integral part of the use, including repair shops and drive-through services.

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Automobile means any self-propelled land motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer (including machinery, apparatus, or equipment attached thereto) which is principally designed and is being used for transportation of persons or property on public roads.

  • Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;

  • Mixed use means land, buildings or structures used, or designed or intended for use, for a combination of non-residential and residential uses;

  • Automobile or watercraft transporters means any tractor truck, lowboy, vehicle, or combination,
