Each Swingline Loan (other than as an Automatic Swingline Borrowing, which shall be in the amount set forth in Section 2.5(b)(ii)) shall be in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 and integral multiples of $250,000 in excess thereof, or such other minimum amounts agreed to by the Swingline Lender and the Borrower.
Swingline Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swingline Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Notice of Swingline Borrowing means a notice in the form of Exhibit F to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.04 evidencing the Borrower’s request for a Swingline Loan.
Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Notice of Committed Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.
ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.
Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans of the same Class.
RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.
Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Revolving Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.
Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.
Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.
Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.
Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(f)(ii).
Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).
Term B Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term B Advances of the same Type made by the Term B Lenders.
Mandatory Borrowing shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(d).
U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
Initial Revolving Borrowing means one or more borrowings of Revolving Credit Loans or issuances or deemed issuances of Letters of Credit on the Closing Date as specified in the definition of the term “Permitted Initial Revolving Borrowing.”
Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Term A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term A Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term A Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.
