Automatic Services definition

Automatic Services means those public works services to be delivered by Westwood to Westwood Hills under this Agreement without prior arrangement or notice at the time and to the extent that Westwood provides such services for its own public streets. Such Automatic Services include, but are not limited to, spreading de- icing materials over the public streets of Westwood Hills and removing snow from the public streets of Westwood Hills.
