Automatic Rejection definition

Automatic Rejection means that the affected Goods are considered rejected as of the date received by Company, and there is no need for Company to provide any other Notice of Rejection to Seller. Goods subject to Automatic Rejection shall be deemed rejected at the time that they are received, unless these Terms and Conditions fix a different time. Company may revoke an Automatic Rejection by affirmatively accepting the rejected Goods in a writing addressed to Seller.
