Autodesk Subscription definition

Autodesk Subscription the Autodesk program and rules under which you can purchase Subscription. “Autodesk-Certifed Third-Party Hardware”: the third-party hardware and hardware components designated specifically by Autodesk as being Autodesk supported, in accordance with its standards, including, but not limited to, Autodesk Stone direct storage, memory, audio unit, tablet, CD-ROM, video adapters, graphics cards and other hardware peripherals. Autodesk-Certified Third-Party Hardware does not include any third-party hardware not designated as being supported by Autodesk or third-party hardware which Autodesk may designate from time to time, with such hardware including, without limitation, network switches.

  • Autodesk’s Web Support related communications will generally be posted to the Autodesk Subscription Center and Your User will be notified of the posting of the information by email.

  • When You purchase Subscription, Autodesk will provide You with instructions on how to access Subscription information and Support on the Autodesk Subscription Center.

  • Notices from Autodesk shall be in writing and may be sent by mail or electronic mail or posted to the Autodesk Subscription Center or any other method that Autodesk reasonably determines will provide appropriate notice.

  • Unless otherwise set forth by Autodesk, Subscription consists of the entitlement to receive Extensions, Releases, Ancillary Products, Ancillary Services and Included Support, if and when available.

  • All Support Requests for Web Support shall be submitted solely via the Autodesk Subscription Center, following the instructions and procedures stated there.

  • Such supplemental terms and conditions for Ancillary Products or Ancillary Services, if any, may be made available on the Autodesk Subscription Center (or an Autodesk web property analogous thereto), and may be amended by Autodesk from time to time in accordance with Section 8.9 (Revised Terms and Conditions).

  • Notification may occur via email, be posted on the Autodesk Subscription Center or may occur in a manner deemed commercially reasonable by Autodesk.

  • All VAR’s who submit customer quotes on any sale: (a) to Direct Customers pursuant to this agency authorization, (b) on any Autodesk Subscription Program offering, (c) on any Autodesk support offering, or (d) for any Autodesk services offering must include an expiry date of not more then 30 days from the date of customer quote on such customer quote.

  • All VARs who submit customer quotes on any sale (i) to Direct Customers pursuant to the agency authorization, (ii) on any Autodesk Subscription Program offering, (iii) on any Autodesk support offering, or (iv) for any Autodesk services offering must include an expiration date of not more then thirty (30) days from the date of customer quote on such customer quote.

  • If Your Reseller acts on Your behalf in connection with requesting or receiving Support from Autodesk, You hereby consent to Autodesk permitting Your Reseller to access and monitor Your Support Requests and all other Support-related information on Autodesk Subscription Center, and allowing Your Reseller to submit Support Requests to Autodesk and receive Support from Autodesk on Your behalf.

Related to Autodesk Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription from time to time specified in the Prospectus.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.
