Auto accident definition

Auto accident or "accident" means an unexpected and unintended occurrence, from the standpoint of the covered person, resulting from the ownership, maintenance, or use of an auto, resulting in property damage.
Auto accident means “bodily injury” due to an accident sustained by you or a “family member” involving the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of “your covered auto” as a vehicle.
Auto accident means a sudden event, including continuous or repeated exposure to the same conditions, resulting in bodily injury neither expected nor intended by the injured person.
