Author's Supervision definition
Author's Supervision means the activities carried out by the author of the design, consisting in verifying the conformity of the performance of the works with the design documentation and agreeing upon the possibility of introducing substitute solutions, if necessary.
Author's Supervision means activities exercised by the author of the PROJECT during execution of the SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT as indicated in the AGREEMENT, according to the requirements of construction legislation.
