Authorized Work definition

Authorized Work. All services performed by the Project Sponsor at an Eligible Premise after authorization by Frontier and required for the implementation of the Programs in conformance with established guidelines.
Authorized Work means the specific work requested and authorized pursuant to an On-Call Request.
Authorized Work means non-commercial activities restricted to research and development, pilot plant, deployment, and demonstration projects, and commercial activities for which FCE has obtained the prior written consent of ExxonMobil.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the Authorized Work, and there shall be no modification or waiver hereof except by writing, signed by the party asserted to be bound thereby.

  • Implementer shall contractually require each subcontractor retained to perform the Authorized Work, to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement protecting IOU and the CPUC which are substantially equivalent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Any reports, drawings or other documents prepared as part of the Authorized Work prior to the effective date of termination shall be delivered by Implementer to the IOU prior to releasing any final payments to Implementer.

  • All persons engaged by ITX and CLIENT will have executed an agreement protecting any Confidential Information obtained in the performance of the Authorized Work (“Confidentiality Agreement”).

  • Implementer shall plan and conduct the Authorized Work to safeguard persons and property from injury.

  • Implementer’s actual costs for the Authorized Work must be reported to the IOU Agreement Representative in each Quarterly Report.


More Definitions of Authorized Work

Authorized Work means 1) with respect to Drax Group Plc. and Alberta Innovates Corporation, non-commercial activities restricted to research and development, pilot plant, deployment, and demonstration projects, and commercial activities for which FCE has obtained the prior written consent of ExxonMobil; and, 2) third parties conducting Carbon Capture Applications; provided that for 2) above, any new sales of such activities, authorized work, and carbon capture project(s) when summed together, shall not have the capability of capturing more than a total of 250,000 tons of CO2 on a cumulative annual basis.
Authorized Work means any and all goods, services, materials and deliverables and related obligations to be performed and undertaken by an administrator or implementor of an I-REN Program, pursuant to a contract between a Subcontractor (or Third-Party Contractor), on the one hand, and an I-REN Constituent Agency, on the other hand, as approved by the WRCOG, in its capacity as the I-REN Authorized Agent, in conformance with an Implementation Plan, this Programs Agreement and the Decision or as otherwise authorized by the Commission.
