Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Commission Representative means the person assigned, in writing, by the Executive Director to be the Commission’s Representative for the project.
Authorized Issuer Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Authorized Representatives means those persons shown on the list of officers provided by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(iv) hereof or on any update of any such list provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, or any further or different officers of the Borrower so named by any Authorized Representative of the Borrower in a written notice to the Administrative Agent.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Applicable Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, (i) until the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Administrative Agent and (ii) from and after the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations and (y) the Non-Controlling Authorized Representative Enforcement Date, the Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative.
Representative means the indenture trustee or other trustee, agent or representative for any Senior Debt.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;

Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Authorized Representative of the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First-Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, at any time with respect to any Shared Collateral, any Authorized Representative that is not the Applicable Authorized Representative at such time with respect to such Shared Collateral.
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.
Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.
Duly authorized representative shall include any person or persons acting within the limits of his or her authority.
Industry representative sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the department for testing, analysis, and sampling by a local industry representative on the premises of the department to educate the local industry representative of the quality and characteristics of the product.
Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to the Contract;
