Authorized Systems definition

Authorized Systems means computer systems, storage devices, and networks owned, operated, or under the supervision and control of Client for which licenses have been purchased under this Agreement.
Authorized Systems means those TVN Systems that are authorized by CSB (or TVN, subject to Section 2.2 below) to receive the VOD Titles that comprise a specified VOD Package.
Authorized Systems shall in any case be limited to computer systems owned, operated or under the supervision and control of Licensee, and such computer systems means any kind of device capable of processing data and includes any of the following types of computer devices: diskless workstations, personal computer workstations, networked computer workstations, homeworker/teleworker home-based systems, file and print servers, email servers, Internet gateway devices, storage area network servers (SANS), terminal servers, portable workstations connected or connecting to the server(s) or network or mobile/smart phone.

Examples of Authorized Systems in a sentence

  • Only Licensee and Authorized Systems can provide playback licenses for Included Programs.

  • No Included Program shall be transmitted or exhibited by Licensee (and Licensee shall cause each of the Authorized Systems not to so transmit or exhibit) except in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, those files marked as .h files (“Header files”) may be distributed in source or object code form, but only as part of, or embedded within Authorized Systems.

  • A list of existing Authorized Systems and VOD Packages as of the Effective Date can be found in the PRI toolset, which will be updated throughout the Term to reflect the latest list of Authorized Systems.

  • CSB shall ensure that each VOD Program and VOD Title delivered to TVN hereunder is in compliance with the closed captioning requirements and any other requirements (and any exceptions thereto) of the applicable Authorized Systems.


More Definitions of Authorized Systems

Authorized Systems means the certain private closed cable systems located in the Territory wholly-owned and/or operated by Licensee, or a Licensee cable affiliate reasonably approved by Licensor, each of which has, or will have prior to the commencement of the Term, entered into a license or services agreement with Licensee to provide Approved Transmission Means of Licensed Films through the Licensed Service to Affiliated Hotels in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Authorized Systems means (i) all of Licensee’s affiliated systems as of the date hereof that receive Licensee’s movies-on-demand service; (ii) any other system that contractually affiliates with Licensee for SVOD distribution and that as of the date of such affiliation with Licensee is authorized by Licensee to exhibit the Licensed Service; and (iii) any other system approved by Licensor (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
Authorized Systems means Licensee’s systems owned and/or operated by Licensee that distribute video content on an on demand basis.”
Authorized Systems means the closed cable delivery system(s) located solely within the Territory which support the Authorized Delivery of electronic audio-visual content and are at all times wholly-owned and controlled by Licensee as set forth on Schedule C attached hereto. For purposes of PPV delivery only, Authorized Systems shall further include ▇▇▇▇ PPV Affiliates as set forth on Schedule C attached hereto.
Authorized Systems means, collectively, the hardware on which the End User is authorized to access the Services.
