Authorized Subcontractors definition

Authorized Subcontractors means a contractor holding a valid contractor's license hired by the Company and approved, in writing, by the City Business Administrator to provide any of the Services.

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues.   • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;
