Authorized Store definition

Authorized Store means a store (A) that is authorized by Seller or its Affiliates pursuant to a license agreement, an operating agreement, or otherwise to market or sell one or more Prohibited Products, or (B) to which Seller or its Affiliates sell products. “Exclusive Merchandise” means the following merchandise identified by the “Kenmore” name: clothes washers; clothes dryers; dishwashers; ranges; and full-size refrigerators. “MicroSA” means a Micropolitan Statistical Area (as defined by the United States Office of Management and Budget). “Prohibited Products” means Exclusive Merchandise, freezers, built-in cooking, lawn mowers and tractors, and the Products in the following KCD-Branded Product Categories: Handtools & Mechanics Tools; Power Tools; and Garage & Storage.
Authorized Store means any third-party store that has been officially appointed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to sell or make Ableton Products available to You.

  • Customer will pay the then-current Fees for each additional Authorized Store and all other Services added to Customer’s Account.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by Merchant, Agent shall only advertise the Sale as a "Store Closing Sale" or "Bankruptcy Court Authorized Store Closing Sale" with reference to the specific Store location, subject to the terms of the Approval Order.

  • However, every transfer requires that You uninstall the Ableton Product and/or cease to use the Ableton Product with all components and that the transferee accepts the ▇▇▇▇ and other applicable terms (e.g. terms of an Authorized Store), and may require transferee to register for a User Account and activation of the Ableton Product (while your initial installation will be unregistered).

Related to Authorized Store

  • Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.
