Authorized Software definition

Authorized Software means software used in accordance with the Software license or owned by the agency.
Authorized Software. Software that is authorized for use by the designated System Owner or Department Manager. Minimum amount of information necessary Minimum Necessary Standard: When using or disclosing patient information, UW Medicine must make reasonable efforts to limit patient information to the minimum necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of the use, disclosure or request. The minimum necessary standard does not apply to • Disclosures to or requested by a health care professional for treatment purposes • To the patient or pursuant to an authorization • Uses and/or Disclosures required by lawUses or disclosures that are required for compliance with the HIPAA Privacy Regulations.

  • It is Customer’s responsibility to (a) ensure that its use of Community Software Tools and such API Call Code will have the effects desired by Customer, (b) regularly check for updates to the Authorized Software Tools and the Service APIs, and (c) make appropriate updates to any API Call Code and the Software Tools it uses.

  • Dealer acknowledges that Case IH has the right to direct and control any administrative proceeding or litigation involving the Licensed Trademarks, Authorized Software, or Case IH IP, including any settlement thereof.

  • Sun appoints Partner as a nonexclusive "Authorized Software Enterprise Partner" and grants Partner the nonexclusive and nontransferable right to distribute Software to End Users in the Territory.

  • Customer will issue deposits to Bank using traditional means (deliver deposits to a branch, an authorized depository drop box, or through the U.S. Postal Service) for all items that reject and are unable to be processed using the Authorized Software.

Authorized Software means the rules, data structures, programming languages, scripts, cryptographic signing methods, and communication protocols solely as specified and defined by Licensor from time to time, that provide the sole mechanism for the addition of new transactions and contracts to the applicable Blockchain, verification of such additions, and achieving consensus among Authorized Matches regarding the validity and immutability of such Blockchain; provided that, after the Public Release Point, the Authorized Software shall mean such version of the Authorized Software in effect on the Public Release Point, or as applicable any amendment thereafter made by the required consensus of Authorized Matches (determined in accordance with the Authorized Software in effect immediately prior to such amendment).

Authorized Software means the rules, data structures, programming languages, scripts, cryptographic signing methods, and communication protocols solely as specified and defined by Licensor from time to time, that provide the sole mechanism for the addition of new transactions and contracts to the APPLICABLE Blockchain, verification of such additions, and achieving consensus among Authorized Matches regarding the validity and immutability of such Blockchain; provided that, after the Public Rubicon Point, the Authorized Software shall mean such version of the Authorized Software in effect on the Public Rubicon Point, or as APPLICABLE any amendment thereafter made by the required consensus of Authorized Matches (determined in accordance with the Authorized Software in effect immediately prior to such amendment).
Authorized Software means computer software developed, approved, purchased or licensed by an agency.

Related to Authorized Software

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
